Elemential which grants the power over the harsh desert landscape featured prominently in the story. Sorcelators of Crustarock are most deadly in the deserts. Usually underestimated as harmless when encountered in less arid areas, following one into the desert can be most deadly and perilous (and Dangerous).

When Grimm Shado has a midnight sandbike race through The Racing Desert in Tome 2: Night after Dark, he must race Feef Daggerkill, a Crustarock Sorcelator, he must use all of his Extreme Spellbiker wits to escape with his life.
