1996

• July - The first book of The Elspinster Saga is released by L H Franzibald, published by the Ukrainian Glekt-Franzibald Publishing Ltd.

2004

• Nov - Magic Mouse Publishing releases The Song of the Sorcelator (often referred to as Tome 1)

2005

• Jan - Magic Mouse Publishing releases Night After Dark
• Mar - Magic Mouse Publishing releases Eye for an Eye, Wand for a Wand
• May - Magic Mouse Publishing begins a bi-weekly releasing of "second edition" "collectors edition" volumes of all The Song works published up until this point.

2006

• July - Writer Tycho Brahe is expected to announce a lawsuit against L H Franzibald, citing copyright infringement, defamation of character (See Guycho Fartae).
• August - Franzibald appears at a press conference for a touring rock band, dressed as Tycho Brahe, and annouces a lawsuit against himself. As a result, he spends twenty minutes in jail.
