Nano Arcane Deathray Amulet

An Extreme amulet that consumes android souls as a source of energy. Once fully energized, it has the ability to power its user up. The Amulet is powerful enough to take someone firmly on the hook and remove them completely from said hook.

It was revealed in Tome 2 that Hector Trecher is attempting to build one of these amulets.
