Guycho Fartae

Overview

Guycho Fartae is a minor character in Tome 2 who works as an assistant of the Ninja Shaman Felbad Darkstalk in his attempt to kill the hero, Grimm Shado. Fartae is a useless assistant, and is told so by Darkstalk after letting Shado escape Darkstalk's trap.

Fartae is last seen having a burnout done on his face by Grimm Shado

Controversy

Allegations have been made that the character of Guycho Fartae is just a thinly veiled allegory of minor author and longtime SotS critic Tycho Brahe. These allegations (mainly made by Brahe himself, as nobody else seems to care) point towards the similar names and the fact that they both seem to enjoy using stupidly long words that makes them sound like total losers. In July 2006, Brahe announced his intention to sue TSotS author L.H Franzibald for copyright infringement and defamation of character.

When questioned about this similarity in an interview, Franzibald laughed, and remarked "Tycho who? Sounds like some loser who should be grateful that he's mentioned in my book. It's the most famous he'll ever be". Franzibald then proceeded to whip the interviewer until he paid Franzibald to stop.
