Doctor Scientificus

One of the first (and undoubtedly most extreme) practitioners of Limit Science, the study of takin' it to the max. Doctor Scientificus aided Arlon Bludd in The Blade of the Witchalok by showing him how to take it to the limit, thus giving Arlon the neccesary power to defeat the strongest of Witchaloks.

Labratory

Doctor Scientificus set up his labratory in the slums of Neo Klanng. His labratory appears like an unassuming hovel, but is actually a massive underground facility that is reportedly quite bitchin'.
